[Bug] Sea level top slab lighting doesn't show if water source block below #121

Removed all mods to test this, screenshot was with mods, no shaders.

Only things installed Architectury 2.5.28 Cloth Config 5.0.38 Fabric API 0.40.1 Light Overlay 6.0.0
