[Bug] AE2 processing pattern

What happened?

When trying to encode a pattern in a Pattern Terminal by clicking the "+" button in REI, crafting recipes are encoded just fine, while the grid remains blank when clicking the "+" for a processing pattern. This happens no matter the machine. Strangely, when trying to encode the Fluix recipe (the one with the Create mechanical mixer) the "+" button added the water to the pattern, but none of the items.

Build a basic ME system with a Pattern Terminal
Look up any processing patern in REI, i.e. raw iron --> iron ingot
Click the "+" sign when looking at the recipe. Nothing will happen

Just tried AE2 Processing, it seems to work fine in my dev environment, I will look into this further in a moment

I believe this is fixed with an AE2 update (also requires latest REI plugin compat)
