[Bug] 1.18.2 Forge: Fluid amounts in Recipes dont show in most cases

What happened?

When looking up recipes that use or produce any kind of liquid, the amount of the liquid is simply not displayed. This seems to occur on all recipe screens that dont have special display for liquids (like Tinker Construct which formats the number to ingot sizes, and Create, which displays it differently), which is usually the case (See: Thermal, Immersive Engineering, Cyclic, Integrated Dynamics, Assembly Line Machines, Advanced Generators, etc.). Normally, the fluid amount should be displayed below the name of the fluid.

I'm assuming this is related to the "fix" which stopped duplicate fluid amounts from showing with exactly those mods you mentioned as having special fluid displays :p
