I've narrowed it down to this mod preventing me from joining a world with this screen: image

This has been a thing on Fabric and Forge for a long time. There was even a PR, that fixed it: https://github.com/theorbtwo/RoughlyEnoughResources/pull/69. Bringing it up here, in case it got forgotten in the old repo.
