The in-game chat isn't affected by the mod.

Tested on 1.16.5

It is not scrolled, mojang just changes what is shown, it is hard to implement such without rewriting how it renders, but I will leave this opened as a feature request.

Unfortunate! This would be such a killer feature, in game chat is hard to scroll through.
