This issue is ultimately causing DuckPAN to fail to install: https://github.com/jonathanstowe/TermReadKey/issues/7

If I ssh in with vagrant ssh, it does not occur. So it is some properly of the Chef/Vagrant shell that seems to be causing it.

Can we force the previous release of Term::ReadKey to be installed? Seems like that has fixed the problem for others?
