TTS function of VNR doens't work #13

When I setup "speech" in preference menu, I checked google tts option, there is 
nothing came out from neither the "Test box" or in the game.(The translator 
works all fine)

I already updated the VNR and deleted, reinstalled twice and still the problem 
exists.

I am using win7 32 bits version. Both msvc 2008 and 2010 were installed, 
internet works fine and I am living in Canada.

Sorry for the issues, jimmy sama! Google TTS requires the latest QuickTime to 
be installed. You can check the status of QuickTime in Preferences/Location.

btw, online TTS is kind of slow (depending on your Internet bandwidth). VNR 
also supports offline TTS software, such like VM Misaki.
