NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.2 on win7
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to tab Forum Export
2.The Code on the left has its spaces in the headers filled with question marks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Question marks instead of spaces

I forgot to add that I have the same problem as the guy in Issue 187 but my
.txt has spaces in it (and also when the .txt is open in the "Forum Template"
tab) but when switching to "Forum Export" the spaces are replaced. But only in
the headers like this: "
[spoiler="??????????Uniques??????????"]
"

I could resolve the issue by opening the Forum Template tab and replacing all
spaces with spaces. So I deleted all spaces and manually added them again and
that worked.

Yeah, this is down to an encoding issue, as you discovered you can just edit
the file and overwrite the spaces.
