Error Bumping Shop

Procurement 1.8.4 on windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create custom shop template
2. Click Update forum thread
3. Click Bump forum thread

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: Forum shop is updated properly and bumped properly
Instead: Forum shop is updated properly but the bump command stalls and fails.

Please provide any additional information below.
Bumping works correctly if I bump before updating the forum thread. I feel that 
updating the forum thread might leave some kind of value that is interfering 
with bumping properly.

The thread bumping is a bit temperamental, since it isn't exactly a GGG 
supported feature.

I've released a Procurement testing version at 
https://github.com/Stickymaddness/Procurement/releases/tag/1.8.5-dev for other 
network related issues, please test and see if that fixes your issue.
