Issue with Trading tab #420

Yes
2.) Did you check to see if there is already a ticket for your issue?
Yes
3.) Have you attached your DebugInfo.log?
Yes

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.5 - dev, but it had the same issue with 1.8.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the program;
2.Select Trading;
3.Select a tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After i select the desired tab, it doesn't auto fill up the forum template with 
the information provided in it. Also it doesn't remember the Settings.

Please provide any additional information below.
