Issue with the Error getting league items

1.) Did you first check the wiki for your issue?
Yea, guy somehow sorted it, no information how tho.
2.) Did you check to see if there is already a ticket for your issue?
Yep.
3.) Have you attached your DebugInfo.log?

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?

Old one worked fine. It's when i updated with the new one issue appeared. 
Windows 8.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start it
2.Get error
3.Get rekt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It closes it down with a link to here.

Heh it says Issue attachment storage quota exceeded.

Yeah, I've requested for the limit to be increased (out of my control) but 
google hasn't done anything about it.

Could you paste your debug log in a reply?
