Enhancement - Option to fetch currency ratio's from exilebro #458

I wanted to update my currency ratio's and make sure they were realistic.

I'm thinking...screw doing it manually right?

It would be cool if you could click a button to fetch the ratio's from exilebro 
to quickly update them.

Having said that exilebro seems down right about now.. not sure if this is 
temporary or not.

Back when Procurement was first released, I actually implemented something like 
this with another site, which ended up being sold to an RMT company. Suffice to 
say I took it out before it was even released.

While I don't think this is the case with exilebro, and as much as I love 
automation, the response I've had from the community in the past is basically 
that everyone should make up their own rates, as opposed to looking at a single 
source for ratios.
