Forum Export not Updating

1.) Did you first check the wiki for your issue?
Yes, same as issue 409.  Solution recommended there has no effect.
2.) Did you check to see if there is already a ticket for your issue?

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.0
Win 7 Professional

Thus far have reinstalled both from exe file and zip file.  No effect.
Refreshed tabs, renamed tabs, redid buyouts, cannot get export to budge

Tried deleting text in export screen, selecting a new check box.  This caused 
the previous text to reappear, but no new data.

Seems to be stuck on an old broken template.  Restoring original template file 
has no effect.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading Procurement
2. Changing checkboxes on forum export
3. Export text remains unchanged

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Export text to actually update

Please paste the contents of your DebugInfo.log file below if applicable.
To minimize the size of the file, delete your existing debuginfo.log file,
before replicating the issue.

Update:

I can say when clicking on another check box the forum export IS updating.  
However none of the tags, such as {unique}, is actually retrieving anything.  
As a result i get a nearly blank output that appears as if no update is 
occurring.

I've also tried switching to stash tab buyouts rather than individual buyouts, 
again no change.

Query for the items just isn't "finding" my flagged items.

Update again:

Good news, resolved my issue, it was good old fashioned operator error.

On Trade settings the "Buyout Items only visible in Buyouts Tag" was selected.  
This option suppressed the forum export, thus hiding all my items from me.

Issue resolved.
