Unexpected error after procurement is finished loading (done) #399

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?

1.8.2 / Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Intiate Procurement
2.Starts to import everything
3.When its done, I get this crash.

Please provide any additional information below.

- I've tried many other versions of procurement and any of them is working for
me (I always get this exact error).

- Tried modifying settings and running the program as it comes.

- Tried to log the program with or without POE running.

I'm not sure what else I can try.

*I am aware about the issue that other players had, but since there are no new
issues and anyone is complaining about it, I assume that it started working for
the other players with the new version. (Couldn't find any new info on forums
or here.)

Thank you very much for your attention!

Hmmm, can you try installing / reinstalling .NET 4.5

The crash is happening when Procurement tries to build the images for your
stash tabs.

Hello, I'm still getting the same error message.

I tried to reinstall .NET 4.5, as you suggested.

Here's the new debuginfo.log, just in case...

Thank you very much!

The error is from when Procurement generates the images for your
tabs/items/gear etc, and a rather odd one at that. Have you tried running as
administrator and making sure you have permissions to the folder Procurement
extracted to?

I tried opening it as administrator. What do you mean by permissions? I didn't
have any problem running any type of program until now :/

Is there anything else that could be wrong?

By permissions I meant that your use can write to the folder Procurement is in,
and that the folder and Procurement files aren't all set to read-only.

Hi, I tried both: checking permissions and running it as admin. It is still not
working. Is there any other suggestion you could give me? Thank you in advance!

This is really difficult to try track down, as I mentioned the error is from
when Procurement tries to create the images for gear, and since this bit of
code hasn't changed in a very long time, and is working for thousands of users,
I'm not sure what's causing it.

You could try running from a root directory, ie: c:\Procurement or
d:\Procurement with a fresh install and default settings, and see if that helps
at all.
