This is pretty odd, have you tried editing ForumExportTemplate.txt in
Procurement's directory, saving, and then starting Procurement?

yes i have , quite a few times. ive even gone as far as wiping everything off
and re installing but i might have to look for its registry file tbh.

Procurement doesn't use any registry files.
Are you sure you don't have all the Procurement files set to read-only or
something?

procurement does not have registry files, how was it able to recall the same
macro without me putting anything within forumtemplate.txt

I don't know what you are referring to by "macro", but it does not store
anything in the registry.

"
Clicked on save all changes, went to the forum export tab.
Ticked all existing tabs , and the new 1.5 exa tab.
It still currently displays as below :

[linkItem location="Stash7" league="Beyond" x="2" y="0"]

[linkItem location="Stash5" league="Beyond" x="0" y="0"][linkItem

[linkItem location="Stash3" league="Beyond" x="0" y="0"][linkItem
location="Stash3" league="Beyond" x="5" y="0"][linkItem location="Stash3"

This section is already there , even after deleting all the files and starting
new.

You must be doing something seriously wrong if that is the case.
Did you download Procurement from here:
https://github.com/Stickymaddness/Procurement/releases/tag/1.8.2 ?
The only place Procurement stores buyouts is in buyouts.xml, if that file is
deleted you will lose all your buyouts.

I downloaded it from the area linked .
Would you be able to explain to me how to completely uninstall procurement ?
I believe that may fix the issue (maybe)

To uninstall simply select the folder you extracted the zip to, and delete the
whole folder and all files in it.
