We do not want to download lower-quality economy mode videos. We should check if the download will be in economy mode, and skip it if so. Unfortunately, the Nicovideo API does not offer a way to check for economy mode.

Low effort solution: Infer economy mode by day of week and time
Drawback: False negatives during Japanese holidays (economy mode is extended) and other special occasions
Solution to that: check final downloaded size, compare to size_low/size_high values offered by the nico API
