Unsure if it's a bug hookproxy constants

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to use the HookProxy in any way.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the program to run and retreive information when AnimatedScreenText 
packet was received.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, Windows 7 home premium

Please provide any additional information below.
Instead, it pops up saying "Every constant must contain a value". I have used 
the hook before and it worked fine, just since 8.61 it's not working. I'm not 
sure if this is a bug or anything of sorts, but I located it easily enough and 
I don't think I'm supposed to add anything else to my source.
