can't get 3,000,000 x 3,000 matrix working #5

Results in error like:

Matrix size: 3000000x3000 On entry to cusparseCreate(): CUDA context cannot be initialized On entry to cusparseSetStream() parameter number 1 (handle) had an illegal value: NULL pointer ** On entry to cusparseCreate(): CUDA context cannot be initialized
