A small pull request to update the readme file with a few icons to make it a bit more pleasant for the readers.

While I appreciate your effort to improve the README, the changes here haven't improved the README's outlook by enough of a factor to warrant accepting this PR.

Some icons are inconsistent in size and others don't help look README any more professional. I'm happy to accept the PR if you fix these items.
