Excessive information/messaging can sometimes be counterintuitive in terms of UX. I'm wondering if this is really needed?

When you think about the target audience of this tool, who are already developers, would they not immediately understand the action/input required and the result/outcome from their action by simply looking at the title and the select dropdowns?
