Products Page pictures not changing on mouse-over

On the products page, the website is supposed to show an outfit picture of all the garments in the subcategory. (Outfit picture means picture of garment and other clothes that go with it). On mouse-over, the picture is supposed to smoothly change to a close-up picture of the garment. Once the mouse moves elsewhere, the picture is supposed to go back to the outfit picture.

As discussed in the design meetings, the Mango website is supposed to be the benchmark for this functionality. Note how smoothly and attractively the outfit picture fades out and the garment picture fades in.
