Three phrases that help one cope in times of calamities/difficulties, especially when the Prophet ๏ทบ said: โThe real patience is at the first stroke of a calamity.โž [Saheehain]

๐ŸŒŸ1) Remembering that what had befallen you was never going to miss you and what had missed you was never going to befall you:

๐ŸŒดA) The Prophet ๏ทบ said: โโ€ฆWhen you are afflicted in any way, do not say: If I had taken this or that step, it would have resulted into such and such.โ€™ But only say: (ู‚ูŽุฏู‘ูŽุฑูŽ ุงู„ู„ู‘ูŽู‡ู ูˆูŽู…ูŽุง ุดูŽุงุกูŽ ููŽุนูŽู„ูŽ) Allaah has decreed and whatever He Wills, He does.โ€™ Verily, the word โ€˜ifโ€™ opens the gates of satanic thoughts.โž [Saheeh Muslim]

๐ŸŒดB) The Prophet ๏ทบ said: โโ€ฆAnd know that what has passed you by [and you have failed to attain] was not going to befall you, and what has befallen you was not going to pass you by.
