Crashes or Closes when exporting map #24

Hey i have the problem with mw 2019 or warzone, that the programm crashes with mw 2019 after pressing export and with warzone, the software just close itself after pressing export. why is this happening? Please help me

I need to know map names, also Warzone is not supported.
