Seeking cell type annotations #2

Hi there, I'm just wondering if you had tables of cell type calls for each species corresponding to the counts matrices you have on GEO somewhere. Awesome work! thanks! Matthew

Hi Karthik,

Would you please email me the cell annotation? My email is zhangruihua18@mails.ucas.ac.cn By the way, where can I download the "Species phylogenetic trees information" from UCSC? I just found the phyloPng and Phylodendron to plot, but not sure the table format of the file "Species Evolution Distances.csv".

Hi Karthik,

When I tried to annotate the lampery counts matrices on GEO, I found some genes started with "MSTRG" still missing. Could you please kindly email me the cell annotation as well? My email is xiamuqing@genomics.cn
