Icarus seems to have troubles loading assemblies that reference other versions of Gallio. #136

- Install the latest drop from http://ccnet.gallio.org/Distributables.
- Create a test project and reference the installed Gallio and MbUnit
assemblies.
- Open the installed version of Icarus. The test tree looks OK.
- Now open the assembly with another version of Icarus (in my case the one
from my src folder). The tree is only populated to the fixture level.

Should be fixed by the assembly binding redirect stuff now, which appears to be 
fully
debugged at last.
