Icarus: Errors due to unguarded use of report. #344

Clicking around the test tree while tests are running causes errors because
the test report is being concurrently modified.

Icarus is probably trying to access the contents of the report outside of
the reader/writer guard.

I can't replicate this, was it using 3.0.5?

No longer an issue in v3.0.6 due to API changes.
