Add-In unknown error when starting VS 2008 SP1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install GallioBundle-3.0.5.546-Setup-x64

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When launching VS 2008 sp1, Add-In load fails, and VS 2008 offers to 
rename when declining load. If accepting load, error message appears once 
VS loaded. Have since uninstalled, but could reinstall either if requested.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.5.546 on Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 running VS2008 SP1

Please provide any additional information below.

Same result with 3.0.5.546 x86. Installed both to D: (Program Files or 
Program Files (x86) respectively.

I'm afraid it's not clear what the cause is.  Sometimes this problem occurs 
because
there were junk files left behind in the Gallio program files folder.

Deleting the Gallio folder and reinstalling usually helps (although that 
shouldn't
really be necessary!)
