Support for running YUITest Unit tests #381

Would be great if there was the plug-in to run YUITests 
(http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/yuitest/) via Gallio.

Just starting to looking at JavaScript unit testing and thought that this 
would be a great addition.

It would indeed be very interesting!

I'm going to throw it in the idea pool for now.  We're planning to add support 
for
non .Net test frameworks in future releases.
