Allow SCG.IComparer<T> in Assert.Relations #382

Assert.Comparisons gives the option of using an IEqualityComparer<T> in the 
Are(Not)Equal overloads.  Assert.Relations should follow suit an all of its 
overloads as well.

Patch attached which includes these overloads and fixes some small grammar 
in the functions' summary XMLDoc.

Patch applied in r1524 along with a couple of extra tests (could still use some
improvement).
