Add support for clipboard commands. #383

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Gallio and run some tests
2. Highlight any text in the Execution Log window
3. Type Ctrl-C

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Highlighted text should be copied to clipboard
Nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gallio Icarus - Version 3.0.5 build 546

That behavior of Icarus really is annoying. A fix would be great.
