Gallio Icarus main window does not remember last position and size #384

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Gallio Icarus
2. Resize main window and move to new position
3. Close Gallio Icarus
4. Open Gallio Icarus

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Window should open in last position and with the last size
Gallio Icarus always opens at default position and size

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gallio Icarus 3.0.5 build 546

Please provide any additional information below.
This could be a option, not the default behaviour, if prefered
