Not working exclusion filter syntax #394

With version 3.0.5 the following filter syntax does not work: /f:(not
CategoryName:Exclude). The same filter syntax works correctly /f:(
CategoryName:Exclude), which includes all Tests with Category "Exclude". It
seems that all filter definitions including "not" are not correctly
evaluated, eg.: /f:(Assembly:Test and not CategoryName:Exclude).
