Grieving over removed XmlAssert and FileAssert #395

I had just gotten excited about the potential of the XmlAssert and
FileAssert in MBUnit v2, but noticed that they have been taken out for v3.
I'm hoping this can resurface soon, as they are great features.

I also noticed that MBUnit.Compatibility.dll does not contain an OldXmlAssert 
class,
whereas OldFileAssert is there.

Just for you I have ported the old XML asserts over to MbUnit.Compatibility.  
Will be in v3.0.6.
