I am having difficulty locating the place in the documentation where we explain 
this.
 Can you tell me which chapter or provide a link to the page or document where you
found the problem?

There are two places:
 - Gallio NAnt task generated API doc
 - Readme.txt at <Gallio install folder>/bin/TeamCity

Fixed in the Readme.txt.  The NAnt task documentation seems correct.
