Echo not displaying report after cancelation. #420

From 'jones' in the gallio-dev list.

In Gallio Version 3.0.5 when I ran my tests with a command line like:
Gallio.Echo \mytests.bin /sr /rt:html and I would cancel the tests in the
middle by using a Ctrl-C, the remainder of the tests would cancel and the
Gallio report would be displayed with the tests that ran and also listing
the tests that were cancelled.

When I do the same test with Gallio Version 3.0.6.  The tests will get
cancelled but no report will be displayed.

Is there a way of getting back the Version 3.0.5 behavior using 3.0.6 so
that the report is displayed?

Fixed in v3.0.6 and v3.0.7 trunk.  Will be in v3.0.6 Update 2.
