Wanted: Nested Namespace View in Gallio Icarus Test Explorer #427

I am using Gallio Icarus 3.0.6 Build 763.

When viewing test cases in Test Explorer by Namespace, now nested 
namespaces are displayed as, e.g.:
  > ABC.File
  > ABC.IO
Could there be any option to have the nested namespace items (as in 
MbUnit.GUI) as follow? 
  > ABC
    > File
    > IO

I think with that we can select the whole namespace for testing.

Really Gallio should just emit namespace nodes so Icarus doesn't have to fake 
it anymore.

I'll fix that in v3.0.7.

Done. I made it in option so as not confuse people who haven't encountered the
feature previously (see attached).
