This ties into the FormatReport utility command mentioned elsewhere.  I'm not 
sure
how useful it is to build out all of these tasks though.  This might be a case 
where
just calling out to the command-line Gallio.Utility.exe is good enough.

It's probably not necessary for PowerShell because one can invoke 
Gallio.Utility 
directly. But for the NAnt and MSBuild tasks, that could be useful.

To be honest I'm not sure about this one.  The integration into MSBuild and 
NAnt is
likely to be very command-line-ish since the utility commands themselves are 
defined
in terms of command-line arguments.

Probably best to prioritize other things.
