Cruise Control .Net 1.4.4 RC2 isn't compatible with Gallio.CCNetDashboardPlugin 3.0.6.763 #455

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade from CCNet 1.4.3
2. The CCNet webdashboard no longer works.

Could not load file or assembly 'NetReflector, Version=1.0.0.120,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=2f4dd8b32acbcd8e' or one of its
dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the
assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

The NetReflector installed is version 1.1.4322.573

Removing the .dll from the bin and <gallioAttachmentBuildPlugin/> from the
.config file allows CCNet to run again.

I've got the same issue in a greenfield 1.4.4 setup. See

for some insight into the issue.

I rebuilt the gallio ccnet project with the NetReflector assembly from CCNET 
1.4.4.
and it works quite well now. Patch attached, not sure how well it will work 
given the
change was binary . . .

As it happens the patch omits the binary content (SVN won't create binary 
patches)
but I'll go ahead and update the binaries myself.
