R# 4.5 shows file error due to System.NotSupportedException from Gallio #471

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have the attached code in a MbUnit tested assembly
2. Watch error appear.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be a valid file, isn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I've tried every build of Gallio I can get my hands on that is compatible 
with R# 4.5 (versions 3.0.6-7). I'm running VS as administrator on Vista.

Please provide any additional information below.
I've attached an image of the tooltip of the error which has a stack trace 
in it.

I've added a workaround in v3.0.7 build 159 that should make the error go away. 
Fortunately this kind of error is mainly just annoying so I hope you haven't 
been
blocked by it.

The new build should be available in a couple of hours.

No I haven't been blocked but R# never being green on the project got annoying 
after
a couple of months.

Forgot to mention I'll backport this fix to v3.0.6 Update 3 in case you don't 
want to
live on the bleeding edge of v3.0.7 yet.  ;-)
