When reviewing it may be worth copying the deleted .js file and the new .tsx file into https://www.diffchecker.com/ to more accurately see the changes

Changes:

Configure TypeScript support and distribute component prop types
Add fontSize and outlineWidth as props, set to the same defaults originally defined in the component
Upgrade eslint and prettier
