2 times CR/LF between lines #161

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Save an Ebu Stl file
2.It looks like Ebu Stl file had a double space between lines when there are 
more than two lines of text
3.I can't modify it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A file without double space between lines

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Subtitle Edit 3.3.6

Please provide any additional information below.

Could you try this version: http://www.nikse.dk/SubtitleEdit.zip (or get latest 
code)
When you export to ebu stl, then choose: Display Standard Code = "0" (open 
subtitling)

Any better?

Every EBU saved file is inserted with <i> after every <br /> is present.
Now, second text line looks like "teletext".

latest code)
New-line is now only a single hex character 8a
