Remove Cloudflare tunnel and add support for local proxy #17

There is chance of account suspension with the use of tunnel in Paperspace.

The new approach is to run a nginx proxy behind the original Jupyter notebook port, notebook interface and all services will be proxied using subfolder.

The downside of this approach is that one nginx config does not fit all applications. Lots of testing and fixing is need, therefore I'm dropping support for Fastchat and SD volta at this moment.

Currently, the new method does not work with the below service:
