Synopsys Layout Editor Missing Patterns #144

For some reason, all layers have an identical background of a yellow border with no fill. Google brings up similar searches, but no results. I'm guessing there's a simple configuration problem, but I don't know what it is.

Note that all of the layers listed on the side have the same pattern.

I was able to solve this by copying the settings file from another user. The settings file is uploaded here in case anyone else needs it. The file can be loaded using Tools -> Display Resource Editor -> File -> Load... and selecting the appropriate file.
