Bizarre Error #63

error I'm struggling with this bizarre error. I tried asking the TA, and he has no idea how to solve it? Has anyone run into this error too and been able to resolve this????

Have you tried copying everything into a new layout? Please archive your files and send the tar to me through email. I can do some study about it.
