When you go to Assignment Teams Database, tickets remain assigned to the team

When ticket is resolved, remove team assigned
Can you put a filter on the relationship?
Explore creating a new field for resolved complaints vs. in-progress complaints

2.28.23: Sophie's Solution

Create a new property on the assignment team database for Active Complaints
Create new make scenario (or modify status scenario)
If ticket is in-progress or not started, add to Active Complaints property
