Within the complaint type database, the following work needs to be done:
Create a new field/column titled "Template" that is a relation to it's subsequent Complaint Type template
Ex. "Driving" complaint is attached to the Driving Complaint Template
If there is no template for that specified complaint type, create a new template in the Complaint database.
A/C: Ensure that when a complaint type is selected for a complaint, the template information is automatically created within that complaint (below the "comments" section when you open a complaint)
