feat: bump shelljs to expose new features #126

This bumps shelljs to v0.8.1.

Fixes #125

I have a refactor for shelljs/release#5, I'm going to use the next shx release to test my local changes.

I need to re-release the shelljs plugins to target shelljs v0.8.1.
