test timeout: "works with commands with no output" #140

I saw this timeout on travis: https://travis-ci.org/shelljs/shx/jobs/394424558

Should investigate and possibly increase timeout.

Is that the right link? Not seeing the timeout.

Travis wipes old data when you rebuild. But, it was indeed a timeout.
