Windows Presentation Mode support #126

When Windows Presentation Mode is turned On, don't show the unread message count and disable mail checking and notifications.

It's not that apps can be in Presentation Mode. Windows itself can. The apps which support it just watch for appropriate system events. So if any of those crashes, it has no impact on system setting.

Ah very good. I'll merge this but I won't be able to release a new version with this until probably April. I'm away on business and I use a mac for work. If I get time to setup a development environment on this, I could get to it. But I don't want you to think that I'm ignoring it. Just physically unable to release at the moment :)
