webpack never finishes. jasmine times out.

Thank you for trying the rc, I was about to release it but it looks like it's not ready yet ;)

So yeah... removing https://github.com/danethurber/webpack-manifest-plugin/blob/409b0fb64234ed9fa9adeeba31850a4d4feeca7c/lib/plugin.js#L173-L181 fix the issue... :/
